Hi Venanssa,

My mother has been with this center for 3 months , she's happy here and don't has the fear of feeling cold during her 4 hours dialysis here. 

The center is spacious ,cozy and neat that's good environment for dialysis patients to have their treatment here.

Both Daniel and Elizabeth are very experience,caring , patience,friendly and responsible nurse, have listening ear to queries we asked and provide answer or advice.

The center doctor,Dr Tan is approachable, patience and caring.

Hope the center will continue to operate it friendly and caring environment in future when there's increase of patients.

Dear Roger, 
I started my dialysis at Tampines Centre since June 2012 and up to date, satisfied with the staff's performance.
 
1) I would specially like to mention that on Monday (5 March 2014) when Michelle attended to me and the "clip" snapped. Immediately, she improvised one by using a clip from the blood line to replace the original clip. This improvisation won praises from Terence Kee, when I consulted him on the same day. I feel that such action should be commended as Terence and I were told by the radiographer that there were no spare clips available. So such had help me avoided another line being inserted. 
 
2) Many of the patients have noticed that there are only 5 nurses plus 1 part timer (Farhana on medical leave), simple deduction will show that your staff are over stretched. We (patients) feel that the Management has not tried hard enough to hire more staff. Please look into this matter, otherwise the patients will suffer so will your staff. Most could not leave because they are pass holders but those who are PRs or Singaporeans, then leaving will be a breeze.
We hope to see new staff as soon as possible.

Hello Sir/Mdm,
 
I am from Bangladesh, my name is  Mr Alhaj Md Idai Miah, Passport no 0966839, came to Singapore for kidney transplant and before transplant date was confirm and my doctor advised me to have afew session of dialysis at your hospital dialysis unit.  
 
1) Now, I am writing to your Advance Renal Care (Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital) Singapore to compliment of your nurse Cing at dialysis unit. 
 
2) On 20/7/2013, Saturday late afternoon we were referred by doctor and came down with myself, my wife and my son Zihan to the dialysis unit mentioned as I need urgent for dialysis. I have spoken to the counter front desk nurse Cing to seek assistant and we saw she is the only one nurse on duty that day.
 
3) She has been  a great help to me as I was breathless at that point. The way she handle me as patient are very professional and even send me immediately to the special room 0211 for dialysis. In many hospital, including my Country Apollo Hospital, it hard to get Nurses to go the extra mile for the patient as that always I thought, But she have changed my thought. I really want to compliment for the great service render to me on the very first day to end of the day stated above. She has done your company proud. 
 
4) She was provide me the good service, kind and willing to give advice.  She have been a good nurse during I was started dialysis from 20/07/2013 to until my last day of dialysis 19/08/2013 at the ARC (Mt Elizabeth Novena) Singapore dialysis room. Her hard work and this compliment should be inform to all dialysis Staffs for the great job she have provided.
 
5) And last but no least she know how to interact with the patient.
 
We departured from Singapore on 28/09/2013 but we plan to coming back end of the year for follow up check up.
 
For this, please convey my sincere appreciation and heart warm to your nurse Cing mentioned above for her services.  She have done the hospital and your company proud.
