C.B. Lim, President / CEO
Mr. C. B. Lim has more than Thirty-five (35) years’ of experience in Healthcare industry, holding senior management positions in world leading multi-national cos., including Baxter, BOC Healthcare, Aksys Ltd., National Medical Care, and Davita Inc.. As CEO of Asia Renal Care, he worked closely with leading blue chip financial institutions, including Fidelity Ventures, 3i, Walden, Investor AB and Bangkok Bank, as well as Sovereign Wealth Funds, such as Singapore’s Temasek Holdings and Dubai World’s Isithmar. Mr. Lim has more than fifteen (15) years of Corporate Finance and M & A experiences.
Mr. Lim holds a Masters in Business Administration from Royal Brunel University, Henley Management College, London.
Callie Wee, Finance Manager
Ms Callie Wee is responsible for the Group’s overall financial accounting, tax, corporate secretarial and administration. Ms Wee has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with start-ups, local and MNC enterprises. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Venanssa Goh, Operational and Clinical Executive
Venanssa Goh, Operational and Clinical Executive
Venanssa has more than 15 years of extensive haemodialysis and teaching experiences; both in private as well as non-profit institutions.
A strong believer in holistic care, she is a staunch advocate of going beyond physical care.
Her main role in ARCA is to provide clinical leadership and development strategies for its teams of nurses.
Ms Goh holds an Advance Diploma in Nephro - Urology Nursing. In Year 2007, she won the “Best Nurse Award” within the Kidney Dialysis Foundation (KDF) group.
Malaysia
Operations Manager, Ms Noruliza
Ms Norul has very comprehensive knowledge and experiences in Dialysis – besides holding a Post-Basic Renal Certificate, she has hands on clinical experiences in both out-patient and in-patient care; gained in prestigious hospitals, such as Pantai and Tropicana Medical Centre. Her expertise was further enhanced in a supervisory role in a leading global dialysis provider. She also has overseas working and training exposures in Saudi Arabia, India and Vietnam.
Clinical Coordinator, Jaya
Jaya has very comprehensive knowledge and experiences in dialysis, having worked at the prestigious Subang Jaya Medical Centre, rising through the ranks to become the Sister-in-Charge of the hospital's dialysis centre. She joined the co.'s Subang Dialysis Centre in 2017, and rose to her current position as Clinical Coordinator.
Besides a Diploma in Nursing, she has also holds a Renal Post Basic Certificate.
Accountant, Ms Ng
Ms Ng started her career in the dialysis industry in 2003 when she joined MAA Medical Kidney Charity. In 2008, she joined Asia Renal Care Sdn Bhd, one of Asia leading dialysis co., as Accounts Executive. In 2013, she joined Advance Renal Care Sdn Bhd as Accounts Executive. Her latest appointment is a clear indication of her growth in Dialysis Finance, since she entered the industry 15 years ago. Ng holds a LCCI Diploma in Accounting from Systematic Business College.
